Purpose of the Training:
This training is intended to introduce participants to the ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management) standard and give them information regarding the establishment of this system.
Training Content:
- Basic concepts of food safety systems
- Detailed explanation and discussion of ISO 22000 standard
- Introduction of prerequisite programs
- Hazard analysis and assessment
Training Method:
Training notes of the subject are distributed to participants. Training is supported with application samples. NORTHCERT ISO 22000 Training Participation Certificates are issued to participants upon successful completion of the training.
Prerequisites:
Prior to training, participants are expected to have some basic knowledge regarding food production processes and establishments and the application of HACCP Plans.
