The EAC certificate is used in accordance with the Customs Union agreement between the countries of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. This certificate shows that the products to be offered to the markets of the Eurasian Economic Union countries comply with the technical legislation applicable in the Union. The EAC certification system has replaced the GOST System.

The EAC certificate shows compliance according to the Customs Union Technical Regulations. The EAC logo should be placed on the products meeting these conditions. In this way, it is possible to sell the products in the member countries of the Eurasian Customs Union.

Sample tests for the product and a factory visit are required to obtain the EAC certificate. Certificates are issued on a party basis for 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. Certificates can be checked at customs through a database.

In order to obtain an EAC certificate, the firm or its authorized representative must have a residence in one of the Eurasian Customs Union countries. If you do not have a company or representative in Russia, support is provided in this regard.
