What is a Defect Inspection & why might you need one?
Defect Inspections are performed during the During Production Inspection (DPI) and/or during the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).
If performed during the Pre-Shipment Inspections, a Defect Inspection can identify defects within you mass production set before your product is shipped, enabling you to refuse the shipment if unreasonable defects are found.

What do we check during a Defect Inspection?
- The existence of defect products
- That defect products are reworked and manufactured again
- Rechecking whether the products are reworked or not and making sure that the products for shipment are free from defects
Where are inspections performed?
For Defect Inspections performed during Pre-Shipment Inspections, we can perform the inspections at supplier factories where the shipping container is loaded or at the port your products go to before shipment. We can perform these inspections throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Asian Pacific.
